As a business model network marketing has been in existence for over 50 years. However only recently has it become a viable option for average people to build a successful home business with.

In this article we will take a look at why I think network marketing is the perfect Internet home based business available today!

A successful network marketing business is built by selling products and recruiting distributors to sell products. These two things are the backbone of any successful MLM business.

Today the Internet makes it possible for anyone to do that and you don't even have to leave your home. As long as you have a computer with Internet access you can do network marketing on a part time basis and develop a full time income from it.

No longer do you have to deliver products to people or even conduct recruiting meetings in person. You can

automate much of your business to be conducted online.

In the past residual income was touted as one of the drawing cards for a successful network marketing business.

However the problem was most people could not recruit enough distributors to reach a point where they were earning money on a continual basis.

The good news is today you can recruit hundreds and even thousands of people very quickly. You can also train them using the Internet which speeds up the process even more. This makes it truly possible for anyone to build a large income and develop a walk away income as well.

You do not have to be socially oriented to build a network marketing business today either. Although there are recruiting advantages that come from social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter, if you do not want to deal with people you can still build a large business by utilizing Internet marketing skills.

As a matter of fact you can be involved in multiple MLM businesses if you choose to. This allows you to leverage your time and increase your income even more.

The big advantage to the network marketing business model is you can duplicate your efforts much quicker. In no other business model can you get paid on the efforts of other people several levels deep in your own distributorship.

You can leverage your time and turn a few hours a week into hundreds, or even thousands of hours being worked in your business. It is like having employess without having to pay them out of your own pocket.

For these reasons I do feel network marketing is the perfect Internet home based business model today. It certainly makes sense to be involved in network marketing on one level or another to develop multiple income streams.
